Steve Marino is the Owner/Operator of dumpster+ of Columbia (SC) . Steve lives in Columbia with his wife and two sons and was attracted to the dumpster+ franchise because of its innovative product, and laser focus on customer service.
Charles has 15-years of experience in the professional transportation industry. He started his career in 2006, and to date has logged over 1.8 million miles over the road. Charles has served many roles within the industry from training new drivers, training and logistics services for the Department of Defense, and as an owner/operator of a fleet of trucks. He was drawn to the dumpster+ business because of the innovative and disruptive product design that he believed could streamline a job site and save customers time and money.
When training new drivers Charles’ says, “success is always right around the corner and excuses are the tools used to build a house of failure.”
